GreenRocks is a 6 unit luxury boutique complex located in the Villa Beach area within close proximity to the beach, restaurants, night life and a short drive to the downtown core. The “lock and leave” policy allows you to come and go at your leisure. This executive residence has a remarkable view of Canash Beach (popularly known as white sand beach) and as far as the Grenadine islands on a clear day.

HISTORY
The land was purchased several years ago by the Da Silva family. Green peas were planted on the property to help the soil to remain fertile. The land itself contains some massive size rocks and was a challenge for excavation. These large rocks could be seen be seen on the surface and several were buried beneath the soil. They created the foundation of what we have today – GreenRocks.
