Q: If I am not from St. Vincent can I purchase a unit?
A: Yes, you can obtain an Alien Land Holding License (ALL): All foreigners must obtain an Alien Landholding License from the government to be able to buy landed property. The Alien Landholding License is around 4% to 10% of the property value. Foreigners also pay ECD 2,500 (US$357) annually for holding an Alien Landholding License.
Q: DOES MY LEGAL REPRESENTATION HAVE TO BE IN SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES?
A: Yes, you must obtain a lawyer in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for your purchase. Rates vary from percentage of the purchase price to a fix price. A: $5000.00 EC at suite request, 35% deposit at signing within 30 days. All remaining funds held in escrow prior to the constructions from all buyers.

A: The estimate is 18 months for full construction once weather permits.

A: Fridge, stove, dishwasher and washing machine are all included in the sale, Optional appliances are available upon requests for additional charge.
Q: IS THE STOVE PROVIDED ELECTRIC OR GAS?
A: The stove provided will be an electric stove to North American size and standards, There is no propane permitted on the property for safety reasons.

Q: WILL THERE BE A BACKUP GENERATOR CONNECTED TO THE PROPERTY?
A: No, there is no backup generator on the property. Each unit will be provided with a backup battery to choose the connection. There will be a separate backup battery for the entire property’s security system.
Q: If there is a management company, will I have to give them a copy of my keys?
A: Yes, for the security and safety reason in the event of any emergency the management company will hold possession keys to all units. No unit will be entered without prior advisement from the management company.
Q: Are services such as WiFi always available and included in the condominium maintenance fees?
A: Yes, services such as WIFI, garbage collection, grounds maintenance, external security cameras, water tax etc… are all included in your monthly maintenance fees
